There is also a sparrow around the sun on the same arm, another homage to his iconic role.

Johnny Depp has about 40 tattoos in total, all connected to different phases of his life. This includes an ink of his daughter’s name, Lily-Rose Depp, symbols of his relationships with Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder, among others.
